Factory Trained Engineers
All Tana Water dispensers are manufactured in our own factory by our own highly trained personnel and your dispenser will be installed, serviced and repaired by a factory trained engineer, who will also be EPDWA trained and certified.
Intelligent Machines
Tana water machines are serviced twice a year by our service department, each machine is connected to a HP iPAQ hand held computer, through which settings and temperatures can be monitored and adjusted.
This system also gives the engineer information regarding the quantity of water that has been dispensed during the period leading up to the service. This data is useful to the customer to ensure that the correct amount of dispensers are made available to staff.
Genuine Parts
We only fit genuine filters and spare parts to Tana Water dispensers to ensure that our WRAS approval is never compromised and you receive the ultimate in drinking water quality.
Engineers vehicles are fitted with trackers to ensure route optimisation and where ever possible same day fault repairs.
