Tana Water (UK) Ltd is the only manufacturer of water dispensers that is solely dedicated to the UK market with it’s own UK-based operation.

Established in 1993, we have well over 17,000 water dispensers installed in a wide variety of public and commercial businesses around the UK.

These include many household name commercial companies, government establishments, educational institutions and healthcare providers.

Rent or Buy

Customers can rent or buy - we also provide the choice of a fixed monthly fee or a fixed service cost for three years.

Focused on Customer Service

In addition to the manufacture and supply of our water dispensers, our primary focus is on customer service, with local stocks of both coolers and parts, locally employed technical staff and experienced customer service personnel.

Fully Inclusive Servicing

As the manufacturer, not only do Tana provide state of the art WRAS approved coolers, but we provide factory trained engineers to install, service and maintain them.

We provide our customers with fully inclusive routine servicing, including filter and UV lamp replacement every six months. We also provide FREE response to any ad-hoc service issues including labour and parts for all repairs!
